Tasty ice-cubes with leftover berries

Some leftover berries that are too soft and about to go bad in a while? Freeze them in ice-cube trays together with water. When you are thirsty and in for fresh and flavoured water, you can use the ice-cubes. Wow, so easy but so good!

Infused oil with leftover herbs

Pick the leftover herbs and put them into ice-cube trays. Cover the tray with olive oil and put it in the freezer. When you start cooking and want to add an extra touch, pop out an ice-cube and use it as an infused oil for cooking.
