Beetroot dip

Enjoy some fresh colors on the table with this healthy dip made of beetroot. This superfood is more popular than ever!


  • beetroot 300 g
  • walnuts 25 g
  • garlic 1 clove
  • olive oil
  • grated parmesan 2 tablespoons
  • pepper & salt
  • optional: za'atar and fresh goat cheese


Preheat the oven to 180°C. Put the pieces of beetroot on a baking tray and sprinkle some olive oil on them. Roast the pieces of beetroot for around 30 minutes until they're soft. Put the roasted beetroot and all other ingredients in a blender and mix. Finish with some pepper & salt. Serve the dip as appetizer with some crackers, olive oil, a little bit of za'atar and fresh goat cheese. YUM!

Good to know: beetroots are full of vitamins. It helps you to lower your cholesterol. Beetroot is therefore the perfect healthy snack!

White bean dip sauce

Easy and oh so yummy!
Mix the white beans, tahin, garlic, cumin and salt.
Add 1 tablespoon of lemon and 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the white beans. Mix again. Add some pine nuts and parsley, and finish with some pepper and salt. Enjoy the healthy dip with some grissini!

Vegetarians can easily join for this one. It's a vegetarian and vegan dip, also perfect as healthy spread for lunchtime.




Cucumber dip

Another healthy dip is the creamy cucumber dip sauce. It's a quite easy recipe: grate a piece of cucumber and add some greek yoghurt, cream cheese, coriander, garlic and salt. Mix it and enjoy!
